Thai Forest Traditional Day of Retreat: Tune in and Recharge
This is a retreat for experienced meditation practitioners. We will start the morning with chanting and a guided meditation with Nancy Lasseter. Registrants will receive a suggested schedule of self-guided silent practices for the rest of the time. These will include walking meditation, art, movement practice and sitting meditations.
We will also listen to a pre-recorded dhamma talk by Ayya Anandabodhi. She is a fully ordained Buddhist bhikkhuni from the Thai Forest tradition. Her talks have a way of opening the heart, releasing resistance and tension and inspiring us along the path that we share. I know that you too will love hearing her teach!
