It’s almost here. That time when we sit together and breathe, letting go of our habits of attachment to planning, reviewing, obsessing, judging, criticizing, worrying…..we still have these thoughts, these reactions, these views but we learn to let them pass, one at a time. We get better at it slowly. We start to see the sunlight peeking out from behind the cloud…we just have to sit and wait for it to happen.

So let’s come together and observe our bodies and minds together. Maybe we can make better friends and caretakers of ourselves. It all starts, as they say, on the cushion.
