In the last five years, there’s been an awakening. We are collectively compelled to find new ways of understanding and dealing with our multiple stressors such as healthcare issues, relationship issues, work and study pressures, and cultural, political and global issues.
We can learn together how to create a safe refuge within our hearts, how to offer greater compassion for ourselves such that we can move forward in the best possible way with our lives and in harmony with all who inhabit our world. We can heal, we can cultivate  collective caring and compassionate ways of being and of taking action, of making choices that promote caring within and caring for all.
Come sit for a 30 minute retreat from your home  or office. This guided mindfulness meditation is led weekly by Nancy Lasseter, Senior Instructor for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction since 2004, UF Health Arts in Medicine Integrative Therapy Wellness Instructor, UF Mindfulness instructor,  past Mindfulness in Medicine teacher and co-founder of Karuna Cottage.
