Greetings,
Monday at noon is our time together to connect, support, grow, and to share the love and wisdom that we all have in our heartminds. I am thankful for your presence and your support that helps me continue to move forward in my understanding of the dhamma. It has been a particularly rich season for me. Nature keeps touching me deeply; the creek and forest and all of its critters remind me everyday that I belong. Teachers that kindly post their wisdom online, share guided meditations and dhamma talks, keep me heading on the right path.
To say that the practices have helped sustain my wellbeing and happiness is an understatement. Without the three jewels, (buddha, dhamma, sangha), I would likely be in a frequent state of anxiety and disappointment. As it is, these states come as visitors and leave, most of the time, without being scolded. They just are.
So whether you are feeling low, sad, angry, anxious, happy, relaxed, jittery or plain ole tired, I hope that you join us tomorrow. See what happens as you tune in and take care of the beautiful mess that makes up each of us. Maybe you can feel the joy seep in through the cracks of your resistance, your tension, your self-disapproval or judgment.
